What do our Honda brake caliper protectors do?

Callipers can fail due to overheating as a result of built-up dirt and debris on the part. Our brake caliper protection covers are designed to fit snugly over your Honda motorbike's calipers, designed to offer long-lasting and sturdy protection against the heat that normally builds up during braking.

Our Honda caliper protectors can also help to reduce the amount of brake dust that accumulates on the surface of the wheels. You won't find anything stronger to protect your brake calipers than our carbon fibre protection parts.

Are brake caliper covers a good idea?

Brake caliper protector covers and guards are a very smart idea when it comes to protecting your off-road bike.

Do these our Honda calliper protectors work on Brembo brakes?

Our Honda calliper protectors are designed to work on the stock, original brake calipers. For example, the Honda Rear Caliper Protector for the CR and CRF models is designed to fit on the OE part — which isn't a Brembo brake, in this case.

However, with that said, some off-road and adventure bikes do offer Brembo brakes as standard. For example, the KTM 450 SX-F has Brembo brakes, so our protection parts would theoretically work in-line with that original equipment without needing any mods.
